The arrival of spring marks the beginning of another wedding season, and there are many options for brides and grooms-to-be in beautiful Somerset County!

The Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge, one of TheKnot.com's top-rated NJ wedding venues, welcomes you to an extravagant wedding expo on March 28 from 5:30-8:30pm. Brides and their guests can attend this FREE event to get a taste of their own weddings, with food sampling, a coffee bar, live DJ, wedding planning experts and many more interactive experiences with the area's top wedding vendors! Meet one of the area's best florists, photographers and videographers. Receive a free engagement photo from the featured photographer, and a 2 minute short "love story" from the featured videographer!

In other wedding news, the Somerset County Park Commission is now accepting requests for the 2013 wedding photography and ceremony season at beautiful Colonial Park Gardens and Leonard J. Buck Garden. Fees are $95 per hour for wedding ceremonies or photo sessions in the gardens. Reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to the wedding. For reservations please call 908-234-2677 ext. 21 for Leonard J. Buck Garden or 732-873-2459 ext. 21 for Colonial Park Gardens.

Want to learn more about Somerset County's most unique garden? The Leonard J. Buck Garden will be hosting an art and photography exhibit from February 25 to March 15. The annual show is used to welcome spring, as artists use the beauty of diverse moods and the seasons of the garden. Throughout the display visitors will be able to see this renowned rock garden through the eyes of talented individuals from hobbyists to professionals, from landscape views to portraits of individual flowers. The exhibit is located at the Leonard J. Buck garden visitor center at 11 Layton Rd, Far Hills. The exhibit is FREE and is open Monday through Friday from 10am-4pm.
