Spring at Sugarloaf
The Sugarloaf Crafts Festival has returned to Somerset County!
This Spring, 250 top artisans will be displaying and selling their unique creations, including pottery, sculpture, glass, jewelry, fashion and accessories, just to name a few. Artists in the Sugarloaf Crafts Festival highlight the strong interest in American-made products, and represent the finest in American ingenuity and creativity. Participants in the show are jury-selected based on their original designs and the quality of their handcrafted items.
Vendors will also host interactive demonstrations, allowing visitors a first-hand look at how they create their works of art. Live music will be performed by Ed Wright and Ngu Mbandi and children will be entertained and able to perform thanks to Middle Earth Studios. Specialty gourmet food is available to sample and purchase, and features Amish breads, German style roasted almonds, soup mixes and much more.
The festival takes place March 8-10 at the Garden State Exhibit Center in Somerset. Open 10am-6pm Friday and Saturday, and 10am-5pm Sunday. Parking is FREE. Tickets cost $10 at the door, and allow access to all 3 days of the show, children under 12 are free.
